About the Role

As a Creative Producer & Traffic Manager, you will ensure creative production is organised, efficient, and paced across a growing portfolio of brands. Your focus will be managing briefs, workflows, capacity, and delivery, while also supporting copywriting across key channels to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Review and challenge incoming briefs for clarity and completeness.
  • Prioritise and allocate work based on skills, capacity, and deadlines.
  • Maintain the production calendar and capacity view, flagging resourcing gaps.
  • Track projects from brief to delivery, ensuring timelines and stakeholders are on track.
  • Manage approvals, proofing, and sign-off, ensuring assets meet all requirements.
  • Run status meetings to keep relevant teams aligned.
  • Manage freelance and supplier support for additional production capacity.
  • Write and adapt on-brand copy across various channels.
  • Review and refine copy against brand voice, campaign objectives, and channel requirements.
  • Proofread outgoing copy for clarity, accuracy, and claims.
  • Utilise AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT for research, drafting, adaptation, and localisation.
  • Coordinate product and lifestyle shoots, including logistics and vendor management.
  • Manage relationships with external suppliers such as artworkers, retouchers, and print vendors.
  • Coordinate omnichannel asset delivery in the correct formats.
  • Support onboarding and improve briefing and workflow processes.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years’ experience in creative production, traffic, or project management.
  • Hands-on copywriting experience across digital and social channels.
  • Confident using Monday.com or a similar project management tool.
  • Strong copywriting skills and excellent written English.
  • Experience adapting copy across e-commerce, CRM, social, packaging, and trade channels.
  • Good understanding of creative production workflows across digital, social, and print.
  • Understanding of how beauty and personal care brands operate across omnichannel channels.
  • Clear, confident communicator who can manage stakeholders and challenge when needed.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise across multiple projects and brands.
  • Comfortable working under pressure.
  • Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT.
  • Experience with translation or localisation is a bonus.
  • Experience with external production teams or print suppliers is a bonus.
  • Experience working within beauty, personal care, wellness, or another regulated FMCG category is a bonus.
