About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career in mental health and the eating disorder field. Monte Nido River Towns is a residential treatment program for adults with eating disorders, focusing on restoring balance and developing healthy routines and motivation for recovery.
Responsibilities
- Integrate and support clients through their recovery journey.
- Provide support and intervention consistent with the client’s treatment plan.
- Engage clients in developing healthy connections with other clients and the team.
- Assist in food preparation and supervision of client meals and snacks.
- Participate in therapeutic groups and develop skills for clinical growth.
- Conduct rounds and provide observations.
- Occasionally drive clients off-site for appointments and activities.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in a mental or behavioral health setting is highly desired (and required in some states).
- Valid state-issued Driver’s License with a safe driving history.
- Good communication and client relations skills.
- Service orientation.
- Flexibility.

- Monte Nido River Towns is a residential treatment program exclusively for adults seeking treatment for Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, or Exercise Addiction.
- Monte Nido’s treatment approach focuses on the restoration of physiological and nutritional balance, implementation of healthy eating and exercise routines, elimination of harmful behaviors, and development of motivation and treatment engagement.
