About the Role
Join Greenberg Traurig Germany's Legal Innovation Team in Berlin and help shape the digital transformation of the legal market by bringing modern technologies into legal practice. Contribute to the law firm of the future in an international environment.
Responsibilities
- Co-design Legal AI by developing practical use cases for AI-powered solutions, prompting and quality assurance approaches, and supporting the preparation of insights.
- Promote adoption and enablement by facilitating training, workshops, onboarding, and other formats to help lawyers use new technologies safely and effectively.
- Test and implement solutions by supporting the conception and testing of digital workflows and guiding new solutions from idea to pilot phase to practical implementation.
- Secure knowledge and improve solutions by assisting with the documentation of use cases, workflows, and best practices, processing feedback, and contributing to the further development of existing solutions.
- Collaborate interdisciplinarily by working closely with legal teams, legal engineers, project management, and other internal stakeholders, and supporting the exchange between professional and technical perspectives.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or completed legal studies.
- Passion for Legal Tech, AI, and the application of innovative technologies in the legal field.
- Legal understanding and a strong interest in technical contexts.
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented work style.
- Confident communication with diverse stakeholders.
- Enjoy exploring new topics, developing ideas, and actively shaping change.
- Very good German and English language skills.
