About the Role
State Street Alpha Data Service (ADS) is seeking a Solutions Architect to provide thought leadership and support the end-to-end implementation of Front-to-Back Alpha Data Platform solutions for clients, driving adoption and transforming business processes.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the Alpha journey and adoption process.
- Provide thought leadership during client due diligence and implementation.
- Support the end-to-end implementation of Alpha Data Platform/ADS solutions.
- Collaborate with Client Implementation Executives to align on activities and track progress.
- Drive adoption of data services and leverage capabilities for business process transformation.
- Lead requirements definition, solution design, and oversee execution for new client requirements.
- Act as the client's advocate, contributing to product enhancements and software quality.
- Collaborate with external vendors for client implementations.
- Manage scope change and implement change controls.
- Integrate with upstream applications and system owners within State Street.
- Provide solutions for new client requirements, including bespoke solutions.
- Support the defect resolution process by collaborating with the development team.
- Establish and ensure adoption of standard operating procedures.
Requirements
- Experience in Asset Management Data - Front, Middle, and Back Office data and services.
- Business Analysis and Project Management skills are essential.
- Extensive experience with Financial Services data domains (Security Master, Entity Master, Benchmarks, Positions, Transactions, Cash, Performance, Analytics).
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Knowledge of Data Management, Data Governance, Service Catalogue, Data Lineage tools, Operational Dashboards, and Process Monitoring tools.
- Knowledge about internal and external integrations, triaging issues, and implementing/recommending solutions to data problems and anomalies.

- Support a culture of commitment, teamwork, and productivity.
- Working knowledge in Azure cloud platforms and Snowflake is a significant advantage.
