About the Role
Arcus FM is recruiting an M&E Engineer to join their mobile team, delivering planned and reactive maintenance services across a portfolio of multi-site clients. This field-based role requires autonomy and initiative, acting as the first point of contact for maintenance across your own portfolio of sites.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for maintenance across your own portfolio of sites
- Take ownership of planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and responsive repair work
- Perform emergency lighting & lamp changes
- Conduct electrical & fire alarm testing
- Perform fault finding and repairs (mechanical and electrical)
- Carry out minor plumbing and fabric maintenance
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Deliver excellent service to clients
Requirements
- 18th Edition or HVAC experience
- Hands-on experience in an M&E or multi-skilled engineering role
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Health & Safety awareness
- Experience with delivering PPM (Desirable)
- F-Gas qualification (Desirable)
- IOSH Working Safely (Desirable)
- Basic plumbing and fabric maintenance experience (Desirable)
- 2391 Testing & Inspection (Desirable)
