About the Role
Pursuit is seeking a Chief Strategy and Growth Officer (CSGO) to architect the organization's next phase of scale. This role will shape enterprise strategy, develop a roadmap for growth, expand the core model, and explore new delivery and partnership models to address the AI skills gap.
Responsibilities
- Serve as executive architect of multi-year enterprise strategy, establishing growth targets, market-entry criteria, and strategic prioritization.
- Lead the decision-making process for scaling strategy, designing selection frameworks, economic models, launch roadmaps, and go/no-go decision architecture.
- Direct a dynamic portfolio of strategic initiatives, designing pilot programs, defining performance metrics, and supporting model transitions.
- Architect the enterprise earned revenue strategy, defining commercial products, monetization structures, and partner channels.
- Partner with senior leadership to design evolving organizational topologies, executive team structures, and strategic sequencing for rapid scaling.
- Align multi-year capital deployment with enterprise growth priorities, establishing funding strategies and resource allocation frameworks.
- Drive commercial placement innovation to establish scalable B2B talent integration models with employers.
- Design, test, and execute rigorous trials and experimental initiatives to pioneer new strategic pathways.
- Lead a team of direct reports supporting analysis and execution of the strategic roadmap.
Requirements
- 8-12+ years of executive experience leading commercial scaling and market penetration in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills to unify product, sales, operations, and finance.
- Experience designing go-to-market strategies and commercial product offerings with high margins and sustainable revenue streams.
- Mastery of systems thinking, KPI architecture, and multi-year roadmap design.
- History of structuring strategic corporate and enterprise partnerships.
- Proven track record as a hands-on builder and operator with experience designing and executing commercial trials, product launches, and multi-market expansions.
- Exceptional executive presence and credibility with boards, investors, and partners.
- Capability to direct capital allocation strategy to support strategic expansion.
- Disciplined approach to risk management and decision-making.
- Deep alignment with Pursuit's mission, combining low ego with uncompromising standards.
