About the Role
At Radfield Home Care, our mission is to make ageing a more enjoyable and rewarding experience. Field Care Supervisors play a crucial role in achieving this mission by managing daily care services, assessing care professionals' work, and providing feedback for training and development.
Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for the day-to-day management of care services for clients.
- Conduct visits to review and assess the work of care professionals.
- Provide feedback for training and development.
- Supervise, support, and guide a team of carers on a daily basis.
- Act as a champion for outstanding care.
Requirements
- Previous experience providing personal care.
- Previous experience working for a home care agency.
- Previous experience mentoring care teams.
- A UK driver's licence.
- Must be over the age of 18.
- Access to a vehicle.
- Enhanced DBS disclosure required.
- Satisfactory references required.
