About the Role

This is a junior Production Coordinator role supporting the NaF+ UK team across all stages of production, from initial inquiries to financial wrap. The role is ideal for an organized, proactive individual with practical production or administrative experience looking to advance their career. You will ensure projects are well-organized, paperwork is accurate, and communication flows smoothly, with guidance from experienced colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate crew, supplier, travel, and accommodation bookings under the direction of the production lead.
  • Maintain production schedules, contact lists, booking records, and project files.
  • Prepare and track contract paperwork, purchase order requests, and required production documents, liaising with Legal and Finance.
  • Check supplier invoices for required information, track their progress, and flag missing documents or payment queries.
  • Support production wrap by collating invoices, expenses, and cost records for review.
  • Assist with project research, supplier inquiries, and gathering information for budgets and bids.
  • Communicate with clients, crew, and suppliers, providing agreed updates and escalating questions to the appropriate production lead.
  • Attend local shoots where required and support the team with on-site coordination.

Requirements

  • Some experience in production coordination, production administration, client services, or a similarly busy administrative environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Clear, professional communication and confidence working with clients, crew, and suppliers from different backgrounds.
  • A proactive, dependable approach, with the judgment to ask questions and flag issues early.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Teams, Word, and Excel, and willingness to learn production and financial systems.
  • An interest in production, budgeting, and client services.
