About the Role

As a "Trainee Talent Acquisition", you will find, inspire, and win the talents of tomorrow, growing every day. You will independently manage the recruitment of our Young Talents, including interns, working students, trainees, and apprentices, as part of a one-year trainee program. We will train you in daily operations and support your development.

Responsibilities

Independently manage the recruitment of Young Talents (interns, working students, trainees, apprentices) within a one-year trainee program.
Support the entire recruiting process, from briefing and job posting to hiring new colleagues.
Identify suitable talents through active search and develop a feel for modern recruiting strategies.
Support the team in daily operations, including filling junior and mid-level roles.
Contribute to the development of social media concepts and employer branding measures for talent acquisition.
Proactively engage in the recruiting process and collaborate closely with hiring managers from various departments.

Requirements

Completed university degree (e.g., in HR, Psychology, Business, Communications, or a comparable field).
German language skills at C2 level (native speaker).
Enjoy taking responsibility and working in a team.
Ability to anticipate potential challenges and address them with a solution-oriented approach.
Enthusiasm for recruiting and HR topics.
Polite and respectful interaction with everyone.
Integrity, strong communication skills, initiative, and structured work approach are prerequisites.
Interest in social media, employer branding, and current recruiting trends.
Willingness to contribute your knowledge and learn new things.
