About the Role
The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is a global leader in luxury beauty products. The Cosmetics Company Stores are the outlet retail division, offering a premium shopping experience across the UK. We are seeking a Key Holder to support store management in ensuring efficient operations.
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in the efficient running of the store.
Requirements
- Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening and closing the store is desirable.
- Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable.
- A passion and energy to provide inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service.
- Flexible availability across days/hours.
- Proof of right to live and work in the country.
