About the Role
Pizza Ranch is seeking enthusiastic, guest-oriented individuals to join our team and provide a legendary experience to every guest. We offer opportunities in Front of House, Back of House, and FunZone Attendant roles, all vital to our restaurant's success.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with any needs.
- Process orders at the Point of Sale.
- Maintain buffet freshness and cleanliness.
- Ensure cleanliness of dining room and restrooms.
- Take phone orders.
- Prepare food safely and accurately.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness.
- Manage the dish area.
- Interact with guests in the FunZone Arcades.
- Ensure a clean, fun, and positive FunZone environment.
- Provide guest hospitality and safety in the FunZone.
- Handle FunZone Point of Sale transactions.
- Maintain FunZone cleanliness and Prize Counter upkeep.
Requirements
- Ability to be mobile and on feet for extended periods.
- Ability to perform reaching, bending, stooping, lifting, wiping, sweeping, and mopping.
- Ability to lift and carry weight up to 40 pounds.
- Strong desire and ability to provide legendary guest service.
- Ability to positively interact with Team Members and Guests.
- Restaurant or Retail experience preferred but not required.
