About the Role
Pizza Ranch® is a fast-casual restaurant specializing in signature pizzas, chicken, salads, desserts, and convenient delivery/take-out options. Many locations also feature FunZone Arcades. Joining the Iron Sharpens Iron ownership team means being part of a growing group of around 30 stores that prioritizes developing people and promoting from within.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with anything they may need.
- Assist guests at the Point of Sale.
- Maintain full and fresh buffets.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining room and restrooms.
- Take orders over the phone.
- Responsible for food preparation and safety.
- Ensure order accuracy.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness.
- Maintain the dish area.
- Bring excitement and enthusiasm to the FunZone.
- Ensure the FunZone is a clean, fun, and positive environment.
- Provide guest hospitality and safety within the FunZone.
- Manage guest relations within the FunZone.
- Handle FunZone Point of Sale transactions.
- Maintain FunZone cleanliness.
- Upkeep the Prize Counter.
Requirements
- Ability to be mobile and/or on your feet for extended periods of time during the entire shift.
- Ability to perform actions such as reaching, bending, stooping, lifting, wiping, sweeping, and mopping.
- Ability to lift and carry weight up to 40 pounds.
- Strong desire and ability to provide legendary guest service.
- Ability to positively interact with Team Members and Guests.
- Restaurant or Retail experience preferred but not required.
