About the Role
As a member of the Management team, you will ensure the smooth operation of technology and IT systems, and guest comfort by collaborating with external service providers. You will be responsible for monitoring equipment functionality, identifying and repairing defects, and overseeing maintenance work.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the functionality of equipment, lifts, and technical facilities throughout the hotel.
- Keep careful track of defects and undertake appropriate repair and renovation work.
- Communicate, liaise, and cooperate with external companies, checking maintenance work.
- Gain interdepartmental insights into new areas of activity by working in multicultural teams.
Requirements
- Completed a technical apprenticeship and/or have professional experience in one or more trades or building maintenance, or are looking for a career change.
- Open and communicative, with attention to detail and an interest in technology.
- Flexible and creative, with an excellent sense of quality, even in stressful situations.
- A team player willing to provide assistance across departments.
