About the Role

This is a high-level position focused on acquiring challenging new enterprise clients and driving non-continuous growth for the HENNGE One business. Initially, you will demonstrate success as a player (estimated 1-2 years), and then, based on your aspirations and aptitude, you can choose one of three career paths: Sales Manager (organizational leadership), Head of New Organization Launch (business/organizational development), or Specialist (highly specialized professional), leading the business with significant discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Pioneer new markets with high expertise and proposal capabilities, identifying new successful strategies.
  • If pursuing Sales Manager path: Standardize successful new sales patterns, improve the reproducibility and proposal quality of the entire existing section, formulate and execute team business plans, improve sales processes in collaboration with other departments (marketing, CS, etc.), and develop next-generation sales members.
  • If pursuing Head of New Organization Launch path: Systematize successful strategies in new markets (e.g., enterprise domain, specific industries), establish and lead new specialized teams (departments) from scratch to execute and expand these strategies, and create new pillars of business.
  • If pursuing Specialist path: Master the path of overwhelming individual sales capabilities, close ultra-large deals, and break through difficult phases like top-down negotiations on behalf of executive officers, directly driving top-line growth.
  • Deeply understand technological trends and market changes in the cloud and security domains, design and execute advanced strategies in specific areas, and disseminate individual achievements and know-how throughout the organization.

Requirements

  • Over 5 years of corporate sales experience in the IT, SaaS, or cloud industry.
  • Direct proposal and negotiation experience with management and executive levels (CxO, department heads) at enterprise companies.
  • Consistently achieve high results (e.g., goal achievement) in new customer acquisition and be able to logically articulate the contributing factors (successful patterns).
  • Either: Management experience leading a sales team of 3 or more people (player-manager acceptable) OR Experience leading cross-departmental projects involving multiple departments.
  • Proactive attitude towards improving English and IT skills/knowledge.
