About the Role
As a Sales Advisor, you will have your workplace in our innovative store in a prime Berlin location and receive comprehensive sales and service training. You will be part of a dedicated team where fun is not neglected, the Danish hygge culture is lived, and which gives you space for your personal development. We are full of ideas, solution-oriented, financially conscious, and focus on healthy business growth.
Responsibilities
- Offer our guests a unique in-store experience and be an ambassador for our brand.
- Sell our products and ensure first-class service for our guests from the moment they enter the store.
- Advise guests on our product range.
- Organize and inventory warehouse stock, ensure order and completeness of products in the store, and participate in events.
Requirements
- You are the first face of SHAPING NEW TOMORROW that our guests see.
- You want to create an unmistakable stay for our guests.
- You make shopping an event for our guests with your positive energy.
- You are a team player, pitch in, are resilient and flexible.
- You do not lose your good mood and composure even when things get hectic.
- You are open-minded, proactively approach guests, and never run out of topics for small talk.
- You enjoy interacting with people, like making new contacts, and have no problem advising our guests in German and English.
