About the Role
As a Sales Advisor, you will have your workplace in our innovative store in a prime Berlin location and receive comprehensive sales and service training. You will be part of a dedicated team where fun is not neglected, the Danish "hygge" culture is lived, and which gives you space for personal development. We are full of ideas, solution-oriented, financially conscious, and focus on healthy business growth.
Responsibilities
- Offer our guests a unique in-store experience and be an ambassador for our brand.
- Sell our products and ensure first-class service for our guests from the moment they enter the store.
- Advise guests on our product range.
- Organize and inventory stock, ensure order and completeness of products in the store, and participate in events.
Requirements
- Be the first face of SHAPING NEW TOMORROW that our guests see.
- Create an unmistakable stay for our guests.
- Make shopping an event with your positive energy.
- Be a team player, pitch in, be resilient and flexible.
- Maintain a good mood and composure even during busy times.
- Proactively approach guests and never run out of conversation topics during small talk.
- Enjoy interacting with people and making new contacts.
- Comfortably advise guests in German and English.
