About the Role
This role involves selling effective marketing solutions, including radio, event, and digital products, to small and regional businesses and advertising agencies. The Account Executive will focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships and representing the company and its digital arm, Connrex Digital. This position is ideal for both experienced sales professionals and motivated entry-level candidates eager to learn about media sales.
Responsibilities
- Secure appointments through excellent cold-calling and networking capabilities.
- Contact business decision-makers with persistence and focus on client needs and goals.
- Demonstrate experience and background in B2B Sales and Marketing.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Provide excellent customer service in a client-facing role.
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations.
Requirements
- A minimum of two years of sales experience.
- A proven track record of delivering strong and consistent sales growth while consistently exceeding revenue goals.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing culture and environment.
- Must possess a fully insured personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
