About the Role
Trade Nation is seeking a Premium Account Executive to cultivate and manage client relationships, focusing on identifying, acquiring, and servicing a portfolio of Own Sourced, Affiliated, and House Clients.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop Own Sourced clients per company onboarding procedures.
- Identify, open, and manage Partners.
- Meet specific KPIs for servicing a cohort of House Clients.
- Build strong relationships with Clients and Partners.
- Provide a high standard of service to clients and partners.
- Engage with and support First Time Traded (FTT) clients for a positive onboarding and trading experience.
- Build relationships in line with company hospitality and compliance policies.
- Support business development via approved marketing and social media channels.
- Coordinate and work with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide reports for management and key Partners.
- Adhere to all relevant regulatory and compliance rules.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in the retail derivatives industry.
- 5+ years of sales experience.
- Proven experience of meeting regular targets.
- In-depth understanding of spread betting and CFDs.
- Committed to delivering the highest possible service to clients.
- Positive, self-motivated, KPI-driven, and able to manage personal workload.
- Experience with CRM use, preferably HubSpot.
