Responsibilities

  • Lead on safety, compliance, and risk management across the nursery.
  • Support the Nursery Manager and Deputy Manager, and act as designated leader when required.
  • Support staff across rooms, contribute to curriculum delivery, and maintain strong parent communication.

Requirements

  • Experience working as a room leader in a nursery setting.
  • Level 3 CACHE/NVQ in Childcare or equivalent.
  • Good understanding of safeguarding and health & safety requirements.
  • Confident supporting and leading colleagues.
