About the Role

Join Deloitte's Capital Projects team to lead high-impact advisory work, helping major organizations deliver critical infrastructure and capital programs with greater confidence. You will work directly with senior client stakeholders on large-scale capital programs, transformation initiatives, and complex delivery challenges, advising on project set-up, governance, risk, delivery performance, and the application of digital technologies across the asset lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Advise on project set-up, governance, risk, and delivery performance.
  • Guide sustainable change programs.
  • Help clients improve performance across development, delivery, commissioning, and operations.
  • Lead across multiple workstreams.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients.
  • Mentor teams.
  • Collaborate with specialists in digital, data analytics, design thinking, and economics.

Requirements

  • Extensive consulting experience in a Tier 1 consulting firm, boutique strategy house, engineering advisory firm, or government environment.
  • Strong experience in infrastructure and capital project development and delivery.
  • Deep expertise in program management, transformation, or change across complex project environments.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, build senior client relationships, and grow business opportunities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with sound judgement in ambiguous or high-stakes situations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to influence a broad stakeholder group.
  • A genuine interest in developing others and contributing to a high-performing, collaborative team.
  • Experience in major transport and/or utilities projects, or with structured consulting approaches and frameworks.
