Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle from inception to shipped product, including requirements gathering, research, conceptualization, experimentation, implementation, and iteration.
- Shape product direction through customer interaction.
- Ship impactful products for major global companies.
Requirements
- Exceptional builders with an obsession for shipping to customers.
- Strong engineering fundamentals.
- Ability to operate across the full stack when necessary.
- Experience with AI systems, preferably built natively.
- Experience shipping agentic systems (side projects count).
- Pragmatic engineering instincts.
- Sharp product instincts and a drive to solve customer problems.
- Obsession with AI system behavior, failure modes, and improvement.
- Quality of thinking and shipping evidence are prioritized over years of experience.
