About the Role
We are seeking exceptional ABAP engineers to build the AI layer for operating complex IT setups. This role involves developing software across the stack, designing AI harnesses and agents, influencing product direction, and working with customers.
Responsibilities

- Contribute to product direction and implementation.
- Catch edge cases, constraints, and quirks specific to SAP environments.
Requirements
- Understand ABAP inside out, including implementation and runtime details.
- Have 5+ years of hands-on ABAP and SAP development experience (technical consultant, ABAP developer, solutions architect, or similar).
- Understand how SAP systems are structured (data models, BAPIs, IDocs, function modules, enhancement frameworks).
- Have worked within or alongside large SAP implementations and migrations.
- Eager to work beyond ABAP, including writing AI agents, backend and frontend, and infrastructure.
- Bring strong, pragmatic engineering instincts.
- Care about code that holds up in production at enterprise scale.
