About the Role
The Marketing Communication Specialist will be responsible for internal and external communications, as well as the planning and execution of promotional tools and marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Manage external communications, including website content management and public relations (PR) activities.
- Execute marketing strategies and plans.
- Manage digital content distribution (website, social media, etc. / B2B) and create distribution-related creative materials.
- Plan and produce marketing collateral such as catalogs, posters, leaflets, and other promotional materials.
- Communicate with the global headquarters to ensure consistency in branding and messaging, and localize promotional tools and messages with their support when necessary.
- Plan and manage product promotion events, both online and in-person.
- Collaborate with product marketing teams and the sales department to develop and execute branding and promotional activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience creating marketing and creative materials using Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Ability to develop, execute, and evaluate marketing strategies and plans.
- Strong presentation skills using Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Ability to build consensus and gain stakeholder alignment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build cooperative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively across functions.
- Ability to work proactively, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Flexibility to adapt to new environments and take on new responsibilities.
- Comfortable working in English, as communication with the global headquarters is required.
