About the Role
Join EY's Cyber Security team to strengthen Identity and Access Management capabilities for leading Australian organizations. You will design, implement, support, and optimize enterprise identity solutions, focusing on identity governance, access management automation, and cyber resilience.
Responsibilities
- Hands-on experience with One Identity Manager is essential.
- One Identity Manager implementation, configuration and support
- Identity lifecycle management, provisioning and access governance
- Application onboarding and target system integrations
- Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID integration
- IT Shop, access request workflows and role-based access controls
- Identity governance, compliance and attestation processes
- Troubleshooting identity, synchronisation and provisioning issues
- API integrations, automation and scripting
Requirements
- Experience with CyberArk, Delinea, Active Roles Server, PowerShell, Azure identity technologies or other IGA platforms will be highly regarded.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Experience working in complex enterprise environments
- The ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
- A passion for Identity and Access Management and cyber security
- Consulting, delivery or operational support experience within enterprise environments
