About the Role
As an Apprentice Educator at N Family, you will gain hands-on experience while working towards your apprenticeship in Early Years (Level 2 or Level 3). You will rotate around nursery rooms, providing safe and inspirational care to every child. Upon completion of your apprenticeship, you will transition into a qualified educator role.
Responsibilities
- Deliver the ‘learning through play’ ethos and the N Curriculum with care and flair.
- Support the daily routine to ensure smooth transitions.
- Plan innovative and challenging learning experiences to support child development.
- Carry out high-quality observations, assessments, and planning for key children.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with parents.
- Support mealtime supervision in line with N’s safety policies.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of all areas.
- Commit to the apprenticeship path and gain an Early Years qualification.
