About the Role
As a Manager – BCG Vantage, AI Cost Advantage, you will support the strategy and execution of the portfolio of knowledge assets, services, and expertise that make up the AI Cost Advantage business. You will contribute to the design, build-out, and commercialization of proprietary cost knowledge assets, tools, and expertise, many GenAI-enabled. This includes applying product management practices to guide these tools and AI agents through their lifecycle. You will also support end-user adoption through training and change management, engage directly with case teams and clients, and mentor junior team members.
Responsibilities
- Support the strategy and execution of the portfolio of knowledge assets, services, and expertise that make up the AI Cost Advantage business.
- Contribute to the design, build-out, and commercialization of proprietary cost knowledge assets, tools, and expertise (many GenAI-enabled).
- Apply product management practices, such as road-mapping and backlog prioritization, to guide tools and AI agents through their lifecycle.
- Support end-user adoption of products through training and change management.
- Engage directly with case teams and clients based on individual cost expertise, translating firmwide knowledge and assets into pragmatic, tailored solutions.
- Play an active role in mentoring and developing junior team members.
- Support the Director in maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders across Cost and the Practice Areas.
Requirements
- 3+ years consulting experience relevant to cost transformation, cost take-out, or related topics required; candidates with consulting experience preferred.
- In lieu of consulting experience, 4+ years minimum industry experience required; 6-10+ years of industry experience strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred).
- Specialization in relevant cost topics, e.g., a specific functional area such as People & Organization, Operations, or Technology & Digital Advantage.
- Experience in product management (e.g., road-mapping, backlog prioritization), translating business needs into specifications, and managing a product lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration. Including AI agents and solutions.
- Experience in driving end-user adoption of new tools or platforms, including training, change management, and commercialization/go-to-market for internal products.
- Understanding basic technology landscape and AI platforms.
- Fluency in English.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with and manage internal and external stakeholders while working in a global collaborative team environment.

Salary/Compensations
- Base salary range for this role in Boston is $126,400 - $132,000
- Bonus of up to 20%
- Retirement contribution starts at 5% and moves to 10% after 2 years
