About the Role

We are looking for a part-time Night Cleaner to work 1-3 nights a week, keeping the public areas clean ready for guests. We’re looking for someone that has previous cleaning experience and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

Delivers prompt, courteous service by anticipating guest needs, maintaining professional appearance, and greeting guests appropriately.
Cleans and maintains all public areas, entrances, walkways, lifts, toilets, gymnasium, and other assigned spaces according to schedules and supervisor direction.
Adheres strictly to Housekeeping standards, cleaning procedures, and hotel operational policies as set by management.
Ensures all housekeeping storage areas, including the main storeroom, are kept clean, organised, and well maintained.
Monitors the hotel environment and immediately reports unusual situations, health and safety hazards, or maintenance issues to the appropriate department.
Actively participates in training, meetings, and complies with all workplace health and safety (WHS) guidelines and requirements.

Requirements

Ideally previous experience working in a cleaning role in hotels or similar environments.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail and work ethic.
Adaptable to different situation while providing a great guest experience.
