About the Role
Lincoln International is seeking curious and driven final year Master students for a 3-6 month internship in Frankfurt, Germany, starting July 2027. This internship offers hands-on experience in high-level financial advisory work, providing opportunities to develop key skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Interns will receive structured onboarding, development opportunities, and the chance to gain exposure to M&A transactions.
Responsibilities
- Conducting market, industry, and company research
- Supporting deal execution and drafting marketing materials (teasers, information memorandums)
- Carrying out financial analyses and assisting with valuations
- Identifying a buyer universe
- Participating in due diligence and closing processes
- Involvement in pitch presentation preparation
- Supporting senior bankers with business development and meeting preparation
Requirements
- Final year Master student with an openness to transition into a full-time Analyst role
- Genuine curiosity for business models and sectors
- Good understanding of corporate strategy, company growth, and development themes
- Previous internships in Corporate Finance related fields (accounting, Finance, M&A, valuation)
- Great analytical skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to develop and learn
- Proactive and self-motivated approach
