About the Role

Ogilvy Health is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join their Sydney team. This role involves partnering with leading Australian healthcare brands to deliver impactful, strategically driven campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day client relationships.
  • Lead integrated projects from briefing through to delivery.
  • Collaborate with strategy, creative, medical, PR, digital, and production teams.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with healthcare clients, particularly pharmaceutical clients.
  • Manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
  • Lead internal teams to produce high-quality work across various channels.
  • Develop project scopes, timelines, estimates, and status reports.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and strengthening client partnerships.
  • Ensure work is compliant and effective by working closely with medical, strategy, and creative teams.
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a pharmaceutical advertising, healthcare communications, or medical marketing agency.
  • Proven experience at Senior Account Manager level or a strong Account Manager ready for promotion.
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including regulatory and compliance considerations.
  • Experience managing HCP and/or patient-focused campaigns.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and attention to detail.
  • Experience working across integrated campaigns including digital, content, and multichannel communications is highly regarded.
