About the Role
Ogilvy Health is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager for their Sydney team. This role involves working with leading Australian healthcare brands, partnering with clients to deliver strategically driven, creatively ambitious campaigns that make a meaningful impact. You will manage day-to-day client relationships, lead integrated projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day client relationships, leading integrated projects from briefing through to delivery.
- Collaborate with talented teams across strategy, creative, medical, PR, digital and production.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with healthcare clients, predominantly pharmaceutical clients.
- Manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
- Lead internal teams to produce high-quality work across a range of channels.
- Develop project scopes, timelines, estimates and status reports.
- Identify opportunities to grow our work and strengthen client partnerships.
- Work closely with medical, strategy and creative teams to ensure work is both compliant and effective.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative and high-performing team culture.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a pharmaceutical advertising, healthcare communications or medical marketing agency environment.
- Proven experience operating at Senior Account Manager level or a strong Account Manager ready to step up.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including regulatory and compliance considerations.
- Experience managing HCP and/or patient-focused campaigns.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and attention to detail.
- Experience working across integrated campaigns including digital, content and multichannel communications is highly regarded.
