About the Role
Globe Life AO is expanding its remote team and seeking motivated, people-focused professionals to build meaningful careers while helping families access valuable supplemental benefits. The company provides training, mentorship, and support for success, all from home.
Responsibilities
- Meet virtually with prospective and existing clients through Zoom
- Guide new clients through the enrollment process
- Answer questions and provide personalized benefit solutions
- Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service
- Maintain accurate client records and follow-up communications
- Manage appointments and daily activities efficiently
- Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and leadership development
- Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
- Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Have access to a computer or laptop
- Maintain a reliable high-speed internet connection
- Have webcam and microphone capability
- Maintain a quiet, professional workspace
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Self-motivation with a goal-oriented mindset
- Excellent organization and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team
