About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist manages full-cycle recruitment for high-volume frontline and operations positions, including Route Drivers, Service Technicians, Order Builders, Attendants, and other operational roles as assigned. The ideal candidate is highly organized and self-directed, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment that involves a significant volume of repetitive tasks and activities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned frontline and operations positions.
  • Review approximately 150–400 candidates per week and conduct approximately 6–9 phone screens per day.
  • Source, screen, interview, and coordinate hiring activities for assigned locations.
  • Schedule qualified candidates directly with Hiring Managers and provide interview notes and resumes to support the interview process.
  • Continuously monitor incoming applicants and respond quickly to qualified candidates.
  • Partner effectively with 15–30 Hiring Managers with varying personalities, communication styles, and levels of interviewing experience.
  • Develop firsthand knowledge of frontline positions through route rides, installations, service calls, and time spent working alongside warehouse and operations teams.
  • Maintain accurate candidate statuses, notes, and recruitment activity in PeopleHub.
  • Coordinate candidate communication and applicable pre-employment screening, including background checks and drug screenings when required.
  • Follow up with Hiring Managers after interviews to obtain timely feedback and determine candidate next steps.
  • Identify opportunities to create, improve, and streamline recruiting processes.
  • Support hiring events, job fairs, acquisitions, and community recruitment initiatives as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field required.
  • 3+ years of Talent Acquisition and/or recruiting experience.
  • Experience recruiting high-volume frontline, operations, warehouse, manufacturing, transportation, or service positions preferred.
  • Enjoys being on the phone to connect with Candidates
  • Internal operations experience, such as a Canteen CSM or DOM experience, is highly desirable.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel including spreadsheet creations and analytics
  • Comfortable learning and extensively using applicant tracking systems, including PeopleHub.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable, self-directed, and able to work independently.
