Responsibilities

• Provide high-level technical support for users of premium streaming platforms across Norway.
• Troubleshoot playback issues, account subscription queries, and device compatibility concerns.
• Ensure an exceptional customer journey by maintaining a deep understanding of the latest streaming content and app features.
• Collaborate with international teams to optimize service delivery and enhance user engagement.
• Document and escalate technical trends to improve the streaming platform experience for the Norwegian market.
• Stay up-to-date with industry advancements in VOD and live streaming technology.
• Foster brand loyalty through empathetic, expert-level communication with our subscribers.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Norwegian (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Passionate about the digital entertainment and streaming platforms industry.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a knack for explaining technical concepts clearly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fitting for the best Norwegian-speaking jobs.
