About the Role
Help more Australians make the switch to electric vehicles and be part of shaping the future of cleaner mobility. As an EV Sales Consultant, you’ll join a growing team and turn warm inbound enquiries into successful EV purchases. From the first conversation through to handover, you’ll provide clear, consultative advice on vehicle options, pricing and novated leasing, making the process simple and delivering a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage warm inbound EV enquiries from initial contact through to sale
- Understand each customer’s needs and provide tailored advice on EVs, pricing and novated leasing
- Build trusted customer relationships and consistently achieve sales targets
- Coordinate a seamless handover to delivery teams to support a positive end-to-end experience
- Stay up to date with EV models, incentives and market trends, sharing your knowledge with customers and the broader team
Requirements
- Experience in consultative or solution-based sales, ideally within novated leasing, automotive, finance or a related environment
- A strong track record of building rapport, closing sales and achieving targets
- Clear and engaging communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information
- A genuine interest in EVs, clean technology or future mobility
- Self-motivation, resilience and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Strong organisational skills and confidence using CRM systems
