Requirements

  • Significant experience leading large-scale transformation programs or workstreams within complex organisations, including accountability for substantial investment (typically $20m+), multidisciplinary teams and complex delivery outcomes.
  • Demonstrated people leadership experience, including building, coaching and developing high-performing, collaborative teams.
  • Experience within financial services or another highly regulated environment, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across business, risk, operations, data and technology teams.
  • Strong program and commercial management capability, spanning governance, budgeting, resource planning, risk management, dependencies and delivery performance.
  • Experience leading complex transformation and operating model initiatives across discovery, design, implementation and operational embedment.
  • Excellent written communication, negotiation and facilitation skills.
  • Experience delivering data, intelligence or AI-enabled transformation initiatives would be highly regarded.
  • Curiosity, adaptability and a willingness to immerse yourself in the subject matter, understanding the business drivers and desired outcomes.
