Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line support for Coupa and procurement-related activities.
  • Help stakeholders resolve supplier, contract, sourcing, and payment queries.
  • Action Coupa support requests through JIRA in a timely manner.
  • Review and process supplier setup and change requests.
  • Maintain support channels to ensure a positive user experience.
  • Investigate issues and collaborate with stakeholders to identify solutions.
  • Coordinate regression testing for major system releases.
  • Perform periodic risk and control activities.

Requirements

  • Experience with procurement systems is essential.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, including the ability to investigate issues, ask clarifying questions, identify root causes, and determine appropriate next steps.

  • Ability to learn new systems quickly and work across multiple tools.
