About the Role

AO is seeking motivated, service-oriented individuals to join our team as Remote Client Representatives. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who enjoy helping others, building relationships, and growing within a supportive, performance-driven culture. No prior insurance experience is required.

Responsibilities

Meet with clients through Zoom and phone appointments
Answer questions regarding available benefits and coverage options
Explain products and services clearly and professionally
Assist clients with applications, enrollment, and policy updates
Provide ongoing customer support and follow-up communication
Build strong, long-term client relationships
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Participate in ongoing virtual training and coaching
Develop communication, leadership, and customer service skills
Learn industry products, systems, and best practices
Collaborate with a supportive remote team
Continue growing through mentorship and professional development

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Must be physically located within the United States
Provide own computer or laptop
Provide own reliable high-speed internet connection
Provide own webcam and microphone capability
Provide own quiet, professional workspace
Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
