About the Role

We are looking for a Staff Salesforce Engineer to join the Product & Technology (P&T) team. This is a high-impact individual contributor role focused on designing for a complex, large-scale Salesforce org, raising engineering standards, solving hard integration and platform problems, and treating Salesforce as a product through code-first development, automated testing, and reliable delivery. You will help build the technical foundation for AI-driven automation, complex system integrations, and platform observability.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the configuration and development for Salesforce and integrated tools to support complex logic.
  • Stay hands-on with the codebase, developing applications using Apex Classes, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), VisualForce Pages, and Aura Components.
  • Serve as a key driver for our AI roadmap, focusing on implementing Agentforce, Voice Recognition, and Outreach Automation.
  • Leverage AI to streamline the "Consignor + Store Buyer" relationship management lifecycle.
  • Develop technical diagrams, integration standards, and better ways to manage environments.
  • Ensure every solution is built for scale, performance, and reliability.
  • Own code from start to finish, building for performance and scale with bulk-safe patterns and robust automated tests.
  • Lead design discussions to ensure solutions align with global governance and enterprise standards.
  • Provide ongoing technical support for existing custom Apex code and configurations.
  • Advise other engineers on the team through code reviews and sharing best practices.
  • Work with business stakeholders to provide technical guidance on security and performance, translating requirements into solutions.

Requirements

  • 5 or more years in a mid-to-large company with a clear history of shipping complex technical projects in a matrixed environment.
  • Deep technical proficiency in Apex Classes, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), VisualForce Pages, and Aura Components.
  • Proven experience or deep knowledge in Agentforce and AI-driven automations.
  • Experience with integration tech, SSO, Master Data Management, and Agile methodologies.
  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science or a similar field.
  • Multiple Salesforce certifications required, specifically Platform Developer II (PDII) and at least one Architect-track certification (e.g., Application Architect or System Architect).
  • Project Management certifications (preferred).
  • Experience with LeanData, Xactly, Genesys PureCloud, Jira, Zoom, and Sumo integrations (preferred).
  • Knowledge of managing multiple Salesforce orgs and/or multiple teams that use Salesforce (preferred).
  • Experienced working with complex Salesforce orgs with hundreds or thousands of users (preferred).
