About the Role
Join HairClub as a stylist and provide cutting, coloring, styling, and hair-care services. You will consult with clients, recommend products and services, build long-term relationships, and manage appointments effectively. This role offers an established clientele, paid specialized training, and opportunities for growth through our Stylist Leveling Program.
Responsibilities
- Provide cutting, coloring, styling, and hair-care services tailored to each client.
- Consult with clients to understand their goals and educate them on hair care, products, and HairClub solutions.
- Recommend products and services based on individual client needs.
- Build trusted, long-term client relationships and deliver an exceptional experience at every visit.
- Manage appointments effectively while maintaining a professional, welcoming environment.
Requirements
- Current active “worked in state” cosmetology license.
- Strong cutting, coloring, consultation, and communication skills.
- A client-first mindset and confidence recommending products and solutions.
- Strong relationship-building and time-management skills.
- Professionalism, flexibility, and a desire to keep learning.
