About the Role
Delta Sonic is seeking a Store Associate to provide personalized, fast, and friendly service experiences to every customer. This role involves preparing food and beverages, transacting customer purchases, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare food and beverages in state-of-the-art food service outlets (Tim Hortons or Dunkin)
- Prepare "grab and go" food and beverages
- Transact customer purchases
- Adhere to safety regulations and established build guides
- Follow state and/or federal age-restricted sales laws
- Replenish and stock inventory
- Maintain and clean food prep and storage areas
- Process customer purchases
- Clean store facilities
- Follow proper cash handling procedures
- Balance fast service with customer needs
- Create memorable experiences for and engage with every customer
Requirements
- Must possess a current ANAB-accredited Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) certification or complete the certification within 30 days of hire
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Prior experience in customer service and/or sales is preferred
- Prior experience in food service, along with a knowledge of USDA, state, federal, and/or local food agency guidelines is preferred
- Excellent communication skills
