About the Role
GROW Inc is revamping the Superannuation and Managed Funds industries by modernizing administration platforms with Distributed Ledger Technology (DLTA). We are seeking talented individuals to join our mission of improving financial wellbeing for all Australians.
Responsibilities
- Support, coach and mentor your team
- Manage workflows to ensure your team's SLA's are met
- Provide input and feedback into business enhancements
- Support any client enquiries
- Manage business incident remediation
- Review and put forward business rules and procedure updates for team in consultation with clients
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in leading a Superannuation Administration team, ideally within the fund services space or similar
- Strong experience in superannuation administration
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Great problem-solving abilities and the ability to engage multiple internal and external stakeholders effectively
- Ability to adapt to change
- High level of attention to detail
