About the Role

We are seeking a committed, dynamic, and professional Beauty Advisor with a passion for fragrance, art, design, and craftsmanship to join our Le Labo team in Berlin. This is a one-year fixed-term contract position.

Responsibilities

Welcome clients according to Le Labo standards.
Provide service-oriented product consultation and sales at the highest level.
Present the brand and product universe through a unique sales approach and storytelling.
Master, represent, and share the brand's values and DNA.
Be co-responsible for target achievement and implementation of the brand philosophy.
Execute counter actions and promotions.
Accept and control orders.
Maintain the Le Labo store and ensure qualified presentation of goods.

Requirements

At least 3 years of professional experience in sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility regarding working hours and willingness to work weekends.

Skills

Passion for fragrance, art, design, and craftsmanship.
Sensitivity to the world of perfumes.
Team player.
Dynamic.
Business fluent in English.
Any other language is an advantage.
