About the Role
Rox is seeking a full-time contract sourcer to join their Talent team in San Francisco. This role will focus on building candidate pipelines, running outreach, and ensuring candidates progress through the hiring process, working closely with the Head of Talent.
Responsibilities
- Source and pipeline candidates end to end using AI-native tooling, LinkedIn, and creative channels.
- Own outreach volume and quality with personalized, fast, and on-brand communication.
- Maintain candidate data accuracy and visibility in Ashby.
- Partner daily with the Head of Talent on priorities, targeting, and follow-through.
- Surface strong candidate profiles with careful judgment.
- Represent Rox professionally in all candidate interactions.
Requirements
- Proven sourcing experience, either agency or in-house, with a track record of building candidate pipelines.
- Comfortable working as a contractor with high ownership, a fast start, and clear output.
- An operator mindset, capable of taking initiative without perfect briefs.
- A high-impact, outlier mentality, seeking leverage and adaptable to scope.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
- Comfort with modern recruiting tools including Ashby, Slack, Notion, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI-native workflows.
- A demonstrated track record of ownership, speed, craftsmanship, and learning velocity.
- A genuine interest in Rox.
