About the Role
Rox is hiring a full-time Technical Recruiter to join the core engineering recruiting team. This role focuses on talent engineering for Applied AI and AI infrastructure engineering roles within a fully agentic environment.
Responsibilities
- Run full-cycle recruiting for Applied AI and AI infrastructure engineering roles
- Build and maintain technical sourcing pipelines using AI-native tooling
- Partner with engineering hiring managers on bar calibration, interview design, and candidate experience
- Run structured screens and contribute to technical hiring decisions
- Manage agency and partner relationships
- Build and ship internal recruiting tools and automations
- Keep reporting and pipeline visibility sharp for engineering leadership
- Represent Rox at events, on calls, and in every candidate touchpoint
- Get hands-on with the Rox product, including regular dogfooding
Requirements
- 1+ year of professional experience
- 1+ year of technical recruiting in an early-stage startup
- Experience hiring software engineers, ideally Applied AI, ML, or infrastructure
- Technical recruiting experience in an AI-native or hyperscale engineering org is a plus
- Depth in Applied AI / AI infra markets is a strong plus
- Technical fluency; ability to discuss stacks, interview loops, and eng org shapes
- Operator or player mentality; ability to build and define lanes
- Proven track record of carrying a desk and a pipeline
- Ability to look for leverage and not be precious about title or scope
- Comfort across modern recruiting tools: Ashby, Slack, Notion, and AI-native workflows
- A track record of ownership, speed, craftsmanship, and learning velocity
- Demonstrated pull toward Rox specifically, with homework on the product and mission
