About the Role
Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Group Manager (Marketing Manager: Knee) to drive growth in the orthopedic product portfolio. This role involves leading a product team, developing and executing marketing strategies, managing KOL relationships, and fostering organizational development.
Responsibilities
- Lead mid-to-long term Knee strategy and marketing strategy development.
- Determine product and market analysis, targeting, and positioning.
- Develop sales strategies and tactics.
- Participate in the development of overall business unit strategy.
- Develop alignment with Global/Regional teams.
- Build and maintain relationships with KOLs and key customers.
- Execute business unit strategies and tactics, and drive growth within the department.
- Manage customer relationships and execute strategies through sales managers.
- Develop and manage staff and build the organization.
Requirements
- Over 3 years of sales experience in the orthopedic field and experience in the marketing department (practical experience is prioritized).
- Understanding of marketing/business frameworks (logical thinking).
- Ability to envision mid-term (3-5 years or beyond) career vision.
- Strong achievement orientation and execution ability to grow the organization with the team.
- Ability to understand and practice fulfilling one's own role responsibilities while respecting and collaborating with team members.
- Ability to have and constructively communicate one's own ideas.
- Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders (including overseas) independently.
- Communication skills in English.
