GYMGUYZ is redefining the fitness industry by bringing personalized training directly to clients' homes, offices, and organizations. This role offers the opportunity to train clients who actively seek coaching, providing flexibility, autonomy, and stability without the typical gym environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions
- Design personalized programs using the GYMGUYZ App
- Conduct Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
- Manage your schedule efficiently
- Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins
- Collaborate with a supportive team
- Represent GYMGUYZ’s core values — Determination, Respect, Integrity, Versatility, Excellence (DRIVE) — in every session
Requirements
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
- CPR/AED certified
- Reliable transportation & willingness to travel between sessions
- Embraces using mobile and web apps (like Mindbody & Trainerize) to manage sessions, client notes, and communication
