About the Role
Build your audit career as a Senior Analyst in with our Global and Private Audit team, with opportunities based in Paramatta (Western Sydney) where you'll lead complex work, build trusted client relationships, and grow as a leader through high-impact engagements that will stretch and accelerate your development.
Responsibilities
- Lead key and complex audit areas from planning through to completion.
- Coordinate workflows, review work, and manage risks.
- Ensure quality outcomes are delivered on time and in line with methodology and regulatory requirements.
- Lead discussions with clients and build trusted relationships.
- Offer insights that go beyond the audit itself.
- Work closely with junior team members, managers, and specialists.
- Provide coaching, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
- Support clients across different industries and stages of growth.
Requirements
- 3+ years' experience in external audit, ideally in a Big 4 environment.
- Experience leading engagements as a senior-in-charge.
- Strong capability across complex or higher-risk audit areas.
- Advanced understanding of audit methodology and regulatory standards.
- Proven ability to coach, support, and develop junior team members.
- Strong stakeholder and client relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and project management capability.
