Responsibilities
- Tackle complex technical design and launch challenges.
- Provide technical leadership on high-impact projects.
- Address complex architecture challenges and apply architectural standards.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Full Stack development with languages like Javascript, React, Java, Kotlin, Scala, Node, etc.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably Computer Science or equivalent experience).
- Strong preference for candidates located in or aligned with the Pacific Time (PT) zone.
- Deep experience in systems engineering at scale (testing, reliability, security, observability).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to convey complex technical issues to diverse audiences.
- Experience collaborating with and mentoring junior team members.
- Consider customer impact in technical decision-making.
- Familiarity with A/B testing techniques.
