- Collaborate with the General Manager to align on club goals and foster teamwork.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Assistant General Manager or similar within a premium fitness setting.
- Strong focus on service excellence, member experience, sales, and operations.
- Natural leader who thrives in fast-paced settings.
- Confident engaging with people on the ground.
