About the Role
As a Counter Manager, you will work at one of our retail locations and create unforgettable shopping experiences for our customers through your professional consultation and exceptional service. You will be responsible for people management and staff scheduling, ensuring efficient operations and smooth teamwork within your team. In addition, you will be accountable for achieving business KPIs and supporting the development and growth of your team members through coaching and talent development initiatives.
